Corrections, suggestions for new guides, and questions about the tools are all welcome. We usually reply within a few business days.
Before you write
We can help with corrections, broken links and missing official sources. We cannot access your library account, place holds, or decide local borrowing eligibility, but we welcome updates from librarians and readers.
You can also email hello@directoryassistancegroup.com. If you are reporting an error, a link to the official source helps us fix it fast.
